Visit the milk ewes farm (milking of the ewes depending on the season).
All the milk is sold to Roquefort Société for the production of Roquefort, Feta and Lou Pérac cheeses.
The farm follows the regulations and specifications of the Roquefort AOC, which means respecting high standards (the ewes must be of the Lacaune breed, they must go out to the fields, be milked twice a day, the quality of the milk is controlled…)
